This Operator Manual will guide you through the recent additions to your Dashboard – the “My Patient’s” sections.
My Patients Section #
Overview #
We’ve added the “My Patients” tab which provides you with a list of all patients you have screened. This is useful as you can review patient profiles which include the patient’s details, information, previous exams completed, medical history, their emergency contact information and finally any documents.
- Stay up to date on your patient’s treatments: Easily revisit and review patient’s health history, documentation and procedures they were cleared for.
- Ability to merge patient information: Easily merge or edit duplicate patient profiles to merge GFE information or rectify any patient information that was submitted incorrectly.

FAQ’s: How Do I Access My Patients Tab?
- Navigate to My Patients: dashboard field. In this field you will be able to view all patients you have screened and you now have the ability to access their profiles and documentation as well.
FAQ’s: How Do I View a Patient’s Profile in My Patients Tab? #
- Navigate to My Patients: dashboard field.
- Press on the View Profile button on the right hand side.
- You will then be able to access the patient’s profile.
FAQ’s: How do I edit Patients profile information? #
- Navigate to My Patients: dashboard field.
- Press on the View Profile button on the right hand side.
- In the Patient’s Details, press edit profile.
- Edit the necessary fields and press Save Data.
- Once you press save data a success message will appear.
FAQ’s: How Do I Merge or Edit Duplicates?
- Navigate to My Patients: dashboard field.
- Press on the View Profile button on the right hand side.
- Under Patients Details tab press Merge/Edit Duplicates
- A field will populate with similar patient names and details, in this field you will have the opportunity to merge and edit patient information that was submitted incorrectly. Once you have found the correct patient information that would need to be duplicated you have the ability to choose the box to clarify that it is in fact the same patient, you can then choose the correct first and last name, email, phone number and date of birth for the patient’s profile. You can then either cancel the merge or confirm the merge.
- Once the merge is confirmed you will receive a success message.
