Yes, once a patient has pressed on the screening link and has started the exam, there will be a menu bar available for the patient below their video feed. In the menu bar there will is a chat option, as shown in the screenshot below.
Your patient will have the opportunity to message with the operator in the chat. All questions in their exam will be typed out for the patient to respond in the chat.
