In the Qualiphy portal you now have the ability to cancel and resend exam invites. The Instructions below will walk you through the steps of how to resend or cancel your patients exam invite.
- Log into your Qualiphy portal
- Press on Results and then press on the button with three dots under actions
- The actions will then open three options (resend invite, connect now, or cancel exam)
- Resend Invite will send a text message and email notification of the screening link to your patient.
- Connect Now will connect you with a provider through Qualiphy video based portal to have your patient screened (it will connect on the device you are pressing connect now from).
- Cancel Exam will cancel your patients screening link.
