- Log into the Qualiphy portal
- Press on Results in your Qualiphy Dashboard
- Scroll down or use the filter and search function to find your patients records.
- To access your patients results press view on the right to open your patients results.
- Proceed to press view PDF.
- Your patients results will open in another tab.
- Press the down arrow in the top right corner to download results.
- Rename the document and upload the results into your EMR.
