Please log into the Qualiphy portal and press on Clinics in your Dashboard

1. Follow the steps above to land on the Clinic Locations List.
2. For the clinic location you want to edit the details for, click the three-dot icon located under the Actions column. Doing so reveals a number of options.

3. From these options, click Edit.

4. The Edit Practice window is displayed where all the details of the selected clinic are present in editable view.
5. Once the required changes are made, click the Save button.
