- Upon landing on the login screen (login link, here), click the Forgot password? button. This opens the Forgot password screen.
- Here, use the Email field to enter the email address with which your account is registered.
- Once entered, click the Send Instructions button. Doing so sends the account recovery instructions to the provided email address that you can follow to recover your account.
