Please log into the Qualiphy portal and press on Clinics in your Dashboard
- Follow the steps above to land on the Clinic Locations List.
- For the clinic location you want to setup payment method for, click the three-dot icon located under the Actions column. Doing so reveals a number of options.
- From these options, click Setup Payment Method.
- Proceed to enter the required fields, ie. Full name, State, Phone number, email, address, city, etc.
- Next, Enter the credit card number in the Card Number field.
- Once the required details are entered, click the Save Payment Method button.
