Please log into the Qualiphy portal and press on Clinics in your Dashboard

1. Follow the steps above to land on the Clinic Locations List.
2. Click on the the three-dot of the location you are looking to unassign the manager for. Doing so reveals a number of options.
3. You will see a dropdown appear, click View. The View Practice window displaying details of the selected clinic.

4. All manager(s) assigned to the selected clinic are listed here along with their details.
5. To Unassign the manager, click the Unassign button.

6. This un-assigns the selected manager and clears the details under Assigned Manager heading.

7. To re-assign the manager, click the Assign Manager button.

8. Use the Select Manager dropdown from Assign Manager popup to select the manager you want to assign.

9. Once the selection is made, click the Assign button.

10. The manager is re-assigned and a success message is displayed at the top-right corner of the screen.
