Please log into the Qualiphy portal and press on Clinics in your Dashboard

1. Follow the steps above to land on the Clinic Locations List.
2. For the clinic location you want to view details for, click the three-dot icon located under the Actions column. Doing so reveals a number of options.

3. From these options, click View.

4. The View Practice window will pop up, all the details of the selected clinic location are displayed.

5. Scrolling down to the end, you can see the Assign Manager and Set as Default buttons.
6. Clicking the Assign Manager button opens the Assign Manager popup allowing you to assign a manager.

7. By clicking the Set as Default button, it will set the selected clinic location as default.
