Introduction #
This Operator Manual will guide you through the recent additions to your Dashboard – the “Previous Exams” and “Pending Exams” sections. Please keep in mind when you log into your provider portal, please be sure to manage pending exams. Be sure to make sure any missed exam status and pending have been addressed!
Previous Exams Section #
Overview #
We’ve added the “Previous Exams” tab to provide you with more control over your exams. This section allows you to:
- Review and Enhance Responses: Easily revisit and improve responses for your exams.
- Change Status on the Fly: Swiftly toggle between approval and deferral statuses as needed.
- Resume Interrupted Exams: If a call drops and an evaluation is marked N/A, you can now complete the screening immediately if the patient calls back.
How to Edit a Patient’s Results? #
- Navigate to the “Previous Exams” dashboard field.
- Press “View & Edit” for the respective exam you wish to edit.
- The exam details will populate, providing you the ability to choose which patient answers to amend. Press “Edit” for any question or “Edit” for the exam status. Make the necessary changes and press “Save” to save your edits.
- Be sure to always Press “Save” once amendments are completed and you will receive a notification that the “Answer Saved Successfully”
Pending Exams Section #
We have additionally added the “Pending Exams” tab to streamline your experience with pending and missed exams. This section allows you to:
- View All Pending and Missed Exams: Quickly identify exams awaiting completion or those missed during patient attempts to connect.
- Direct Access to Patient Contact: Unlock a patient’s phone number for 2 hours to facilitate communication, creating a first-come, first-serve opportunity to engage patients.
- Instant Meeting Invites: Once a patient is available, you can directly invite them to your meeting room for completing the Good Faith Exam (GFE) promptly.
How to unlock a Patient’s Number and Contact the Patient? #
- Navigate to the “Pending Exams” dashboard field.
- Press “Unlock Phone Number”, once pressed the Patient’s phone number will populate in the portal for you to call the patient to see if they are ready for screening. If they are ready, click “send link & begin exam”.
- Once you press “send link & begin exam” you will then be taken into the virtual screening meeting room to complete the patient screening.
