The article below will outline all different status meanings (Pending/requested, Defer to Medical Director, Approved, Not Applicable) in the patient results page.
- Log into your Qualiphy portal
- Press on Results in the left dashboard view to access patient results.
- Pending– Pending status means that the exam invite has been requested and or sent, but your patient has not yet been screened.
- Defer to Medical Director– This means that our provider was notified by your patient about a potential contraindication or allergy that may affect the patient during administration or treatment. Please follow the steps below to have your Medical Director (MD) approve your patients results.
- Notify your MD of the status and have your MD review the results by pressing viewing your patients results in the Qualiphy portal or by uploading the results into your EMR/EHR for your Medical Directors review.
- Approved– Approved Status means that your Patient was approved for their pre-screening exam. We advise you to always open the results, even if you see an approval as there are individualized patient notes in each exam. Please be sure to review the notes before proceeding.
- Not Applicable– Not applicable means that your patient and our provider connected over a call, however their may have been a disturbance in connection or a connection issue. If this occurs, our provider will call your patient twice. If your patient does not pick up the results will be tagged as not applicable. You will not be charged for the screening in this case and you can resend the exam invite by pressing resend exam under actions.
