- Log into your Qualiphy Portal.
- Once you are logged in, press on results on the left hand side Dashboard.
3. Please be sure to navigate the results page to find the view button under actions with your corresponding patients name.
4. If you are unable to locate your patients results please be sure to set the date range to account for the day the patient exam was sent to your patient.
