We charge $27.99 per consultation. If your consultation has medication, labs or other tangible costs, we charge accordingly and make it visible prior to selecting. Pricing is transparent and communicated clearly within the Qualiphy portal. We strongly believe that you should only be charged for the services you actually use. This is why we have eliminated sign-up fees, subscription fees, and any other hidden charges. We strive to deliver exceptional value that speaks for itself. Once you receive a completed exam from our advanced practice providers, your payment will be processed automatically. We aim to provide a transparent and straightforward billing process, so you can focus on the quality of the service we provide.
We are constantly adding new treatments that we can screen for. As of 10/10/2024, we screen for a range of popular treatments, including 75+ exams to choose from, such as injectables like Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, and Xeomin; dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse, and lip fillers; laser hair removal; IV hydration with nutrients and medication, and much more. These screenings do not require any customization and are available to all physicians, medspas and practices using our platform.
While specific requirements for medical spas may vary by state, most states typically require medical spas to have a medical director who is responsible for overseeing the medical services provided by the spa. Our aesthetic telehealth services require that all medical spas have a licensed medical director who is authorized to practice in the state where the spa is located. It is also important to consult with a healthcare attorney or regulatory expert to ensure that your medical spa is in compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding the provision of non-invasive cosmetic treatments. Our telehealth services provide virtual consultations and Good Faith Exams (GFEs), prescriptions and medication delivery to help ensure that your clients receive safe and effective care. Our medical professionals follow all state and federal regulations regarding the performance of telemedicine, including chart review.

A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a medical examination conducted by a licensed medical professional to assess a patient’s current condition and medical history before receiving a treatment. The purpose of the GFE is to determine the patient’s eligibility and create a personalized treatment plan that is safe and effective. It is required by law in many states before a patient can undergo certain non-invasive cosmetic procedures

We charge $28.99 per consultation. If your consultation has medication or other tangible costs, we charge again in accordance with the price of the medication. Both prices are visible prior to committing to an exam so you can stay informed. Pricing is transparent and communicated clearly within the Qualiphy portal.

Yes. Not only that, you can select the pharmacy of your choice, or select from our integrated pharmacies that can ship the medication directly!
Of course we can, and that option is available in every state that allows asynchronous medical visits. We do however, prefer the look, feel and touch of a medical provider speaking face to face. It elevates the experience, and allows for a much needed human element to our daily lives.
